Agricultural Insurance Field Sales - North Somerset (Fully Remote with Field Visits)
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 (DOE)
Full-Time Monday to Friday Company Car Provided

Are you passionate about the agricultural and farming industry? Do you have a background in farming and a talent for building lasting client relationships? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and driven Agricultural Insurance Field Sales professional. This is a fully remote role, based from home, with a company vehicle provided. You will cover the North Somerset area, so it is essential that you live within a commutable distance and are able to regularly visit clients across the region.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with agricultural clients, offering tailored insurance solutions and providing exceptional customer service. As a trusted advisor, you'll build and maintain strong relationships, while also identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field-based client visits across North Somerset

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients

  • Providing expert insurance advice tailored to the farming/agricultural sector

  • Lead generation and telesales to identify new opportunities

  • Account management and after-sales support

  • Negotiating policy terms and securing the best outcomes for clients

About You:

  • Must live within or near the North Somerset area

  • Farming background is highly desirable - you'll understand the unique needs of agricultural clients

  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not essential if you bring the right industry knowledge and sales ability

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Organised and self-motivated with excellent time management

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role
