The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, hands-on Sales Account Manager role where you'll take full responsibility for a portfolio of strategic retail accounts. You'll lead all aspects of the commercial relationship, from presenting new ranges and securing listings, to forecasting, stock planning and data analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently operating as a National Account Executive or NAM within FMCG or consumer goods, looking to take a step up in ownership, exposure, and accountability.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing national retail accounts in the UK
* Leading sell-in conversations and presenting new product ranges
* Driving forecasting and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain
* Analysing sales data to identify opportunities and optimise performance
* Acting as a commercial partner to your accounts, growing business year-on-year

You'll be working in a close-knit team with direct visibility and input into broader strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pace, autonomy, and being hands-on across all areas of account management.

The Person

We're looking for a commercially-minded, results-driven account manager with strong retail experience and the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities.

You'll likely bring:
