About The Role

Join Dawsongroup EMC as an Sales Account Manager and take charge of driving rentals for our industrial and specialist equipment. You’ll build long-term relationships, secure high-value contracts, and be at the forefront of delivering our smarter asset strategy across your region.

  • Manage, grow, and secure new and repeat rental business opportunities across your designated region
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise equipment utilisation
  • Find and build strong partnerships with the construction, waste recycling, utilities and Local Authority sectors
  • Drive revenue by spotting sales opportunities, including second-hand equipment
  • Keep on top of industry trends and customer needs to maintain our market position
  • Drive utilisation of high-quality, modern EMC assets

You’re naturally outgoing, confident speaking to people at all levels, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’re self-motivated, organised, and driven by results—but equally passionate about building meaningful, long-term client relationships.
