We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our ambitious team at Zendbox and Prolife Distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within your accounts and lead initiatives to expand business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of service
  • Track and report on account performance against targets and KPIs, providing actionable insights.

As part of our innovative team, you will play a vital role in our clients’ success and drive the growth of Zendbox / Prolife Distribution!

  • Account Management (70%) - You’ll be given a portfolio of customers for whom you will manage their day-to-day needs. You’ll be tasked with growing their sales by increasing distribution of our core brands. You’ll be in charge of around £100k worth of business per month – which equates to around 80-100 customers.
  • New Business (30%) - As a growing category, your role is to be identifying, contacting and closing new business, especially in the gym channel where there are thousands of active gyms in the UK.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and grow account revenue.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A persuasive negotiator with problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales and ensuring client success.
  • Have a passion for health and fitness.
