YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Road Logistics Sales Account Manager for our successful International Road Logistics team. Due to growth, we seek a Sales Executive responsible for generating new business and promoting freight services to potential and existing clients. This role involves full account management, from telesales to delivery, focusing on profit growth through effective customer management. We seek enthusiastic, innovative, and motivated individuals passionate about sales. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs and provide tailored account management that adds value, with a strong sense of accountability.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicles and shipments within the Road logistics international operational team, ensuring compliance with working instructions and customer SOPs.
  • Ensure customer excellence.
  • Maintain full compliance in all aspects of road freight import, export, cross trade, and domestic distribution operations.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operate Vehicles with understanding of routes, driving hours, and legislation.
Your Skills And Experiences
  • Experience or understanding of transport planning.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Knowledge of Customs Procedures.
