The Role

• Picking up the phone, starting conversations, and turning them into long-term business
• Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that deliver
• Working with marketing to help shape standout proposals
• Consistently hitting — and exceeding — your sales targets
• Staying sharp on industry activity so you're always ahead of the game

• Previous telesales experience (any sector)
• A confident communicator with persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission
• Organised, able to manage conversations and pipelines effectively
