The Opportunity

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth by managing enquiries, creating tailored solutions, and building long-lasting client relationships within the commercial fit-out space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process inbound sales enquiries with accuracy and speed
Interpret client needs, technical drawings, and specs to produce accurate quotations
Proactively follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed orders
Build rapport with new, existing, and lapsed clients to grow account value
Maintain CRM records and pipeline activities with precision
Deliver fast, detailed responses to customer queries and technical questions
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively pursuing all sales opportunities
Work closely with design and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
Ideal Candidate
Proven sales experience in lighting, commercial interiors, or a related fit-out product sector
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently without micromanagement
Skilled at reading drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Organised, methodical, and results-oriented
