The Opportunity

Join a dynamic and design-led UK manufacturer at the forefront of commercial lighting and interior innovation. As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth by managing enquiries, creating tailored solutions, and building long-lasting client relationships within the commercial fit-out space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inbound sales enquiries with accuracy and speed

  • Interpret client needs, technical drawings, and specs to produce accurate quotations

  • Proactively follow up on quotes and convert them into confirmed orders

  • Build rapport with new, existing, and lapsed clients to grow account value

  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline activities with precision

  • Deliver fast, detailed responses to customer queries and technical questions

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively pursuing all sales opportunities

  • Work closely with design and operations teams to deliver exceptional service

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven sales experience in lighting, commercial interiors, or a related fit-out product sector

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently without micromanagement

  • Skilled at reading drawings and specifications
