Job Description:

  • Responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for UK Operator partner.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPI’s (revenue & volume).
  • Obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration.
  • Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges and ensure business continuity.
  • Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales.
  • Acquire a systematic understanding of partners ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins.
  • Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans.
  • Plan, track and control account investment and budgets.
  • Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations.
  • Own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM and portfolio (internal/external).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
  • Results driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.
  • Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must)
