What we’re looking for:

We currently have a national Road Account Manager sales team which we’re expanding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven and entrepreneurial individual to build your own ‘mini’ business and eventually develop into a Senior Road Account Manager.

As a Sales Account Manager, you’re responsible for developing and maintaining your customer base within your allocated area/location.

As a Sales Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining your customer base within your allocated area/location
  • Sourcing sales leads using the company’s in-house CMS or other sources of information.
  • Making telesales calls (outbound) to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, using your knowledge of the Europa product portfolio
  • Visiting potential customers and preparing quotations for presentation to the customer
  • For the first 12 months, managing the accounts in your business base by maintaining and developing the levels of business within that client base, ideally with the aim of becoming the sole supplier
  • Making regular contact with your customers proactively to ensure that we are satisfying the needs of the customer and with a mind to developing further business opportunities from within that account
  • After 12 months, focusing exclusively on selling within existing customers and closing new customers to hand over to a customer service team
