Uniting Talent are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for our client based in Billingham.

Duties will include;

• Building strong relationships with customers
• Making outbound calls to potential new accounts
• Nurture accounts to increase account growth and margin
• Identifying new leads and opportunities
• Providing quotations
• Maintaining existing customer base
• Inputting customer information into the CRM system
• Working as part of a team
• Working towards sales targets
• Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
• Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
• Log all calls in CRM system
  
  

The ideal candidate;

• Minimum of 1 years sales experience in lead generator or similar telephone based roles
• Previous experience working towards sales targets
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Competent using Microsoft packages and CRM systems
• Team player
• Must be resilient and used to making calls daily
  
  

Monday - Friday, no weekends
