Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers through various channels to promote and sell our products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products, features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries.
- Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and improve our offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and preparing regular reports for management review.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial packaging, timber products, or logistics.
