As a partner to many of the world’s best riders, and due to increasing demand, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive in the UK.

The Opportunity

Join our European Sales team ARIONEO as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for acquiring new UK customers, focusing on racehorse trainers, to enhance EQUIMETRE’s presence and help ARIONEO become the leading wearable technology provider in UK horse racing. You will work directly with our sales team under the UK sales manager’s guidance.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Selling EQUIMETRE to trainers across flat racing, national hunt, and harness racing;
  • Prospecting and nurturing business relationships to generate new opportunities;
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing;
  • Engaging with key decision-makers to assess buying readiness and timelines;
  • Leading product demonstrations, remotely or in the field;
  • Organizing and escalating issues related to billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical support to ensure excellent customer service;
  • Recording all sales-related information and actions in our CRM system (HubSpot);
  • Collaborating with management and marketing to identify new business needs and opportunities;
  • Gathering feedback for continuous improvement of our offerings;
  • Educating customers on new features and updates.

We’d love to meet someone with …

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the horse industry;
  • Strong sales skills, from business development to closing deals;
  • Tech-savviness, with familiarity in CRM tools like HubSpot;
  • Experience managing pipelines and achieving revenue targets;
  • Proven negotiation skills and successful deal closures;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Team-oriented attitude for smooth collaboration;
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
