Are you an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sales and a knack for lead generation? Our client, is looking for a experience BDM within the shelving or POS displays, merchandising, fixtures, store development, bespoke displays industry.
Head Office Stoke on Trent - Covering Nationally
Permanent (Hybrid working - Office day per week + Home and Field based)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads across various channels. Utilise data and analytic to identify and target potential customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation campaigns.
- Prospecting: Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads. Tailor outreach strategies to engage with target demographics or industries.
- Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential customers. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, addressing their unique needs.
- Account Activation: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into active accounts. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer activation.
- Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use analytic tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success. Provide insights and feedback to optimise the overall customer journey.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and account activation processes. Document best practises and success stories to share with the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practises. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
- Training and Support: Share knowledge and insights to foster a culture of continuous learning relating to new clients and the sector.
