Key Responsibilities

• Leading work streams on medium-sized engagements and supporting larger, complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Providing advice on price structuring and vetting services related to Sale and Purchase Agreements, including completion accounts, locked box provisions, and deferred considerations.
• Preparing Locked Box papers and offering post-completion advice on accounts and disputes.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients for business development.
• Managing risks and ensuring compliance with firm frameworks.
• Developing team members through coaching and skill transfer.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions and understanding transaction cycles.
• Knowledge of price adjustment mechanisms, locked box arrangements, and earn-out provisions.
• Experience in financial due diligence or audits.
• ACA qualification or equivalent, with a strong academic background.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
