Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Fleetwood is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain store standards and help drive sales during 4 hours per week.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote multi-channel shopping options while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prior retail experience is preferred; IT skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to engage with customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably fashion retail.
• IT skills helpful for POS and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features, benefits, and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand


• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability


• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction


• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers


• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines


• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
