Role Overview:

As a Crew Team Leader, you are part of the management team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure the safe operation of the store, manage the team, and deliver excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service by using your knowledge to help customers find the best products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at store level.
  • Ensure efficient service at the tills, processing POS transactions and thanking customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through opt-in at the POS, creating 'Customers for Life'.
  • Delegate and demonstrate tasks to team members while managing daily store operations.
  • Understand retail business metrics such as reports and data analysis to inform decisions.
  • Maintain store presentation according to visual guidelines, including product display, replenishment, housekeeping, and seasonal setups.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health & safety standards in the absence of management.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and activities, implementing changes as needed.

  • Experience with POS management, banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
