Role Overview:

As Crew Team Leader, you will be part of the management team with responsibilities to ensure the safe running of the store, manage the team, and deliver excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find suitable products both in-store and across sales channels.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at store level.
  • Offer attentive service at the tills, processing POS transactions and thanking customers.
  • Build customer loyalty through opt-in at the POS.
  • Delegate tasks and oversee daily store operations.
  • Understand commercial aspects like reading reports, analyzing data, and making decisions.
  • Maintain visual standards through product presentation, replenishment, and store upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, loss prevention, and health & safety protocols in the absence of management.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and implement changes as needed.

  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience with POS management, banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
