Fordington Surgery in Dorchester is seeking a Salaried GP with the option of partnership to join a well-established, high-performing team.

You will manage a caseload of diverse health needs, participate in QI projects, and contribute to clinical governance and training. A collaborative practice with strong patient satisfaction and supportive colleagues offers a pathway to a long-term role.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Experience in managing chronic diseases and primary care.
• Familiarity with SystmOne and local/cational guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
• Deliver services aligned with the GMS contract.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and manage referrals and prescriptions.
• Support GP Registrars and participate in training and development.
• Attend practice meetings and contribute to quality initiatives and governance.
