Job summary

NHS Scotland seeks a motivated GP to join a long-established inner-city practice in Glasgow on a salaried basis with a clear, supportive pathway to Partnership. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering full-scope primary care and teaching medical students in a diverse East End setting.

Opportunity for Partnership Readiness assessment with structured orientation, education support, and a collaborative culture focused on quality improvement and community impact.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practice.
• CCT in General Practice or equivalent RCGP membership on performance list for Scotland.
• Fluency in English and PVG clearance.

Responsibilities

• Join a salaried GP role with a clear framework for Partnership readiness.
• Provide full-scope primary care within a skilled MDT (including 6 doctors, pharmacists, link workers).
• Contribute to teaching and supervision of medical students.
