A well-established healthcare practice in West Swindon is seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join a collaborative team. We are an established, friendly, and supportive practice in West Swindon with a patient list of10,000, looking for a 4-8 session Salaried GP who would like to join a stable team with a view topartnership in the future.
We have a permanent team of five GPs, an established nursing team, PCN Pharmacy team, anda committed management structure that values collaboration and sustainability in generalpractice. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-focused medicine with continuity of care atthe heart of what we do.
You will undertake the full range of general practice duties including:
Face-to-face consultations
Home visits within a defined boundary (maximum 15 minutes from the practice)
Signing repeat prescriptions
Assessing and managing undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
Screening for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
Developing care plans in line with current disease management protocols
Prescribing within the practice formulary
Recording clear, contemporaneous notes (with an option of AI transcribing support)
You will manage your own clinics, dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary caresetting, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
You will be joining a practice that offers a collaborative working environment, where everyone isencouraged to contribute to practice development. We meet daily over a shared coffee breakfor informal case discussion and team connection, complemented by weekly practice meetingsto support ongoing clinical and organisational development.
