Salaried GP in Winchester - Ideal for New and Developing GPs

An excellent opportunity has opened for a dedicated and enthusiastic GP to join a thriving, forward-thinking practice in the historic city of Winchester. This well-established surgery is deeply committed to fostering professional growth, making it an ideal setting for newly qualified GPs seeking mentorship and experienced GPs looking for a collaborative and progressive environment.

This practice prides itself on its strong training ethos, boasting a team that includes GP Trainers, GP Retainers, and a robust multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care. The supportive team comprises:

• 7 GPs
• 1 GP Retainer
• 4 Practice Nurses
• 1 Nurse Associate

To significantly reduce administrative burden, the team is further supported by Clinical Pharmacists who handle prescription sign-offs. The practice also champions ongoing professional development through regular in-house educational programmes, including 'CPD with lunch', fostering a truly collegial setting.
