Invicta Health have a Salaried GP opportunity available at St Peters Surgery, with up to 10 sessions available. We can offer both part time and full time positions.
It's an exciting time to join St Peters Surgery as we plan to move team into the new state of the art health and wellbeing hub for Thanet based in Broadstairs.
Invicta Health has seven GP practices working within the organisation. We are a well-known community interest company, devoted to supporting and improving primary care in the Kent area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate GP who enjoys a team focus in problem solving and also enjoys sharing knowledge. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you will be an excellent listener. You will be on the General Medical Council's GP register, having passed the MRCGP (or equivalent) and gained a certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). An interest in teaching would be ideal, and the development of areas of special interest would be welcomed and nurtured.
As a Salaried GP, you would provide a wide range of primary care based general medical services to our patients in a non-judgemental, respectful manner, using a patient centred and fully team-based approach. Good communication between colleagues is essential to the role, as we routinely share our experience and knowledge within the practice in order to optimise patient care.
Home visits by the GPs are rare.
