Salaried GP required in Somerset | £95,700 plus MDU and Pension

Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP for a patient-centred independent practice with approximately 10,000 patients.

In these purpose-built premises, you will have the full support of a wonderful clinical team comprising of three nurse practitioners, a seven-strong nursing team, a prescription management team, medical secretaries, and support staff including health coaches.

This role entails providing the full range of GP services including:

1. Consultations including F2F & Telephone Triage, Home Visits, Shared Admin.
2. 10 Sessions per week.
3. Make professional autonomous decisions.
4. Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
5. Screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness while developing treatment and associated care plans.
6. Providing Counselling and health education.
7. Record clear consultation notes.
8. Refer patients to other care providers as required.
