Key Duties

• Manage a patient list of just over 5,000 with a low number of home visits, supported by an experienced, permanent clinical team including Nurses, ANPs, and GPs.
• Offer 4 to 8 sessions per week with flexibility on working days and session timings.
• Join a strong, existing team of permanent staff.
• Maintain a low duty doctor schedule, with minimal home visits and no extended hours necessary.
