Job summary

Qualifications

• MRCGP or equivalent qualification on GMC register or eligible.
• Experience of modern general practice with continuity of care.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and implement quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care within the practice team.
• Consult with patients for acute, chronic and preventive care; conduct home visits when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in safeguarding.
• Support QOF, Enhanced Services, audits, and clinical governance activities.
• Attend meetings and contribute to rota and professional development.
