Key Duties

• Manage a patient list of just over 5000 with a low number of home visits, supported by an experienced permanent clinical team including Nurses, ANPs, and Physicians Associates.
• Offer 4 to 8 sessions per week with flexibility on working days and session timings.
• Work within a strong existing team of permanent staff with low duty doctor requirements and minimal home visits.

• £80,000 - £108,000 per annum (FTE)
