Ashdown Medical Group is seeking a Salaried GP to join our clinical team for 46 sessions per week. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our registered population, with mentorship and opportunities for career development.

The role involves a mix of in-person and virtual consultations, working with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to quality improvement and QOF targets. Applicants must hold GMC registration and MRCGP where applicable.

Formación

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• MRCGP (or equivalent) required.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Good organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultations in person, over the telephone, or via video for acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of medical conditions.
• Prescribe safely and effectively, and conduct medication reviews.
• Arrange and interpret appropriate investigations.
• Refer patients to secondary care and community services where required.
• Offer health promotion advice, lifestyle support, and preventive interventions.
• Participate in the duty doctor rota, managing same-day demand and occasional home visits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practice clinical system.
• Contribute to clinical meetings, audits, significant event reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the practice in meeting QOF, Enhanced Services, and other contractual requirements.
• Maintain professional development in line with GMC revalidation requirements.
