Job summary

Menlo Park Adult Social Care in Swindon seeks a General Practitioner for a salaried position with flexible sessions. The role supports a modern, well‑run practice environment, with protected admin time and a duty roster limited to one afternoon session weekly.

Responsibilities

• 4 to 8 sessions available, with two hires being made
• Half a session per week dedicated to admin, typically a morning, in addition to daily built in admin time
• 15 minute appointments throughout, with a balanced mix of same day and pre booked slots
• Duty GP commitment limited to a single session a week, afternoon only, capped at 13 patients
• Home visits covered by paramedics and the duty rota; routine GPs are not expected to carry these out
• No extended hours requirement, though Saturday sessions and early starts (with early finishes) are available for those who want them
