Job summary

Menlo Park International GPs is seeking a Salaried GP in Swindon to join a tightly run and supportive practice. The role offers 4 to 8 sessions with admin time built in and a duty rota limited to one afternoon session per week.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a modern, well-supported setting with no extended hours required, though some Saturday sessions are available for those who want them.

Qualifications

• Must be a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC.
• Registered on the UK performers list.

Responsibilities

• 4 to 8 sessions available, with two hires to be made.
• Half a session per week dedicated to admin, typically a morning, in addition to daily built in admin time.
• 15 minute appointments with a balanced mix of same day and pre-booked slots.
• Duty GP commitment limited to a single session a week, afternoon only, capped at 13 patients.
• Home visits covered by paramedics and the duty rota; routine GPs are not expected to carry these out.
• No extended hours requirement, though Saturday sessions and early starts (with early finishes) are available for those who want them.
