Gordon Street Medical Centre is seeking a Salaried GP to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a networked clinical team. You will provide all GP services under the GMS contract, complete necessary paperwork, and work with partner practices to extend services and improve patient access.

You will participate in personal development, mandatory training, audits, and service improvements, contributing to the practice's ongoing growth and compliance within the gtd healthcare network.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality and evidence-based medical care to patients of the Medical Practice and, where necessary, patients from gtd healthcare managed services.
• Undertake all GP services required as part of the GMS Contract.
• Undertake all necessary and relevant paperwork associated with the provision of medical services.
• Operate as part of a wider networked clinical team with partner practices for peer development and peer support.
• Undertake surgeries during extended hours in accordance with access needs of the practice population.
• Provide support to other clinical professionals within the practice (e.g. Advanced Nurse Practitioner, practice nurses).
• Support the achievement of QOF targets and take a lead on a specific clinical area where appropriate.
• Participate in development of services in the practices that meet patient needs and maximise opportunities of new enhanced services.
• Be an integral member of the practice team and contribute to efficient and effective running of the practice.
• Support the implementation of change within the practice and undertake clinical audits as required.
• Participate in individual and practice reviews as part of incident or complaints management process.
• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development including annual appraisal and supervision.
• Ensure mandatory training is completed within agreed timescales and undertake North West Deanery basic trainers course if appropriate.
• Support the development of gtd healthcare becoming a beacon training organisation.
• Comply with corporate and clinical policies and protocols; engage in management and resolution of complaints and incidents.
• Carry out any other duties as agreed with line manager, including travel to other sites within the organisation.
