Job summary

Island City Practice in Portsmouth is seeking a Salaried GP to join a Modern General Practice with a friendly, supportive team. We require 4-8 sessions and offer competitive remuneration, a multi-disciplinary triage system, and a culture focused on safe, manageable workloads.

You will work in a practice that uses Anima and SystmOne for triage and chronic disease management, with GP teams holding their own lists and close collaboration with advanced nurses, pharmacists, and allied staff.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in general practice in the UK.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
• Commitment to audits and QOF.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mix of chronic and acute care within a GP team.
• Triage patients using the practice system and refer as needed.
• Record clear, contemporaneous notes and complete prescriptions.
• Support service changes and participate in audits.
