Qualifications

• Essential GMC registration with license to practise in the UK.
• Strong clinical knowledge for GP primary care.
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgery consultations, phone consultations and home visits as needed.
• Prescribe and review repeat medications in line with policies.
• Record clear notes and participate in audits and data collection.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection standards.
• Contribute to team development, teaching and continuous improvement.
