Job summary

Menlo Park International GPs seeks General Practitioners to join a well-supported, salary-based team near Southampton. The practice focuses on protected patient lists with AI-assisted triage and reduced administrative pressure, enabling clinicians to prioritise patient time.

You will join a large partnership with Advanced Nurse Practitioners and paramedics, offering flexible sessions and opportunities for specialised care such as coil fitting or minor procedures.

Qualifications

• GPs must be qualified and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
• Experience in general practice with safeguarding and referral pathways beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide general practitioner clinical care with 15-minute appointments as standard.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while managing a capped panel to ensure continuity.
• Engage in care home visits and community-based services as needed.
• Participate in ongoing AI-assisted triage and consultation support tools.
