Menlo Park Recruitment is listing two salaried GP posts near Southampton, Hampshire. The role offers flexible sessions (minimum 4 per post, up to full-time) and a strong focus on protecting clinical time with short, 15-minute appointments.

The practice features a large partnership and salaried GP team, with support from paramedics for home visits and the wider MDT. Indemnity and NHS Pension arise within a BMA-equivalent contract, with substantial annual leave and study leave.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC.
• Experience in a GP practice setting is expected.
• Ability to work flexibly across sessions and protect clinical time.

Responsibilities

• Provide salaried GP services with flexible sessions.
• Deliver 15-minute appointments with protected continuity slots.
• Home visits largely covered by paramedics and supported by the GP team.
• Participate in extended hours on an opt-in basis.
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality care.
