Job summary

Lander Medical Practice in Truro, Cornwall, invites applications for a Salaried GP to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. The role offers part-time sessions (ideally 6 per week) within a high-performing training practice, part of a thriving Primary Care Network.

As a long-standing GP teaching practice, we prioritise clinician wellbeing, protected learning time and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible hours and a strong work-life balance are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Included on NHS England Medical Performers List or eligible for inclusion.
• Evidence of completion of GP Specialty Training (CCT) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking routine GP consultations and clinical assessments.
• Managing acute and chronic conditions in line with best practice.
• Participating in practice meetings, clinical discussions and service development activities.
• Supporting education and training within the practice where appropriate.
• Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, physiotherapists, paramedics, community services and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.

Education

Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration

Included on NHS England Medical Performers List or eligible

Evidence of completion of GP Specialty Training (CCT) or equivalent
