Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is assisting a GP Training Practice in the Walsall area to recruit a General Practitioner. You will work in a supportive team with mentoring from senior GPs, with admin filtered before you and a workload of 15 contacts per session.

The role offers flexible days and start/finish times, no designated duty doctor, and opportunities to develop joint injections and minor surgery skills. Visa sponsorship is available, with an NHS pension and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a GP and registered with the GMC.
• Experience in GP practice is welcome.
• Supportive mentoring environment is provided.

Responsibilities

• 15 contacts per session, mix of telephone and face-to-face.
• Flexible days and start/finish times.
• No designated duty doctor; workload shared among all GPs.
• Home visits are rare; registrars prioritized.
• Protected CPD time and monthly CPD tutorials.
• Opportunities to develop joint injections or minor surgery.
