Job summary

Cornerways Medical Centre in Ringwood is recruiting a qualified General Practitioner on a salaried basis for 4–6 sessions. You will work as an autonomous practitioner alongside 9 GP Partners to deliver high standards of clinical care within the GMS contract framework.

The role includes delivering comprehensive primary care, patient consultations, diagnostic work, prescribing, referrals, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team at both main and branch sites.

Qualifications

• MRCGP and CCT are required qualifications for an eligible GP.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development is expected.
• Inclusion in the GMC GP Register is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and remote consultations, diagnosing and treating common illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care with appropriate referrals.
• Sign prescriptions, order tests, and coordinate with MDTs for patient care.
