Are you looking for a Salaried GP role in a friendly, social, and supportive practice in Downend, Bristol?

About Us

We are an innovative, forward-thinking GP practice with a multidisciplinary team. Serving approximately 27,500 patients, we operate from 2 purpose-built sites within a 10-minute walk of each other.

Our 11 Partners promote teamwork, mentorship, professional development, and work/life balance. We are a well-established teaching and training practice with consistent high QOF achievements.

What We Offer
  1. A minimum of 4 sessions per week
  2. Competitive salary based on experience
  3. 15-minute appointments, including face-to-face, telephone, and eConsult
  4. Protected 15-minute coffee break per session
  5. Protected administration time in every session
  6. Dedicated time to support other HCPs within templates
  7. Protected follow-up appointment slots for your use
  8. Collaborative team-based duty work with multiple GPs, no solo duty sessions, and no triage list
  9. Regular GP and Learning Event meetings
  10. Six weeks annual leave, one week study leave, and bank holidays pro-rata
  11. Support from an Urgent Care Team, including Paramedics and a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner
  12. Chronic disease management supported by Clinical Pharmacists and Practice Nurses
  13. Efficient Medicines Management Team handling repeat prescriptions and medication queries
  14. Support from a Health and Wellbeing Coach and Care Co-ordination Team for vulnerable and complex elderly patients
  15. Opportunities for teaching, training, and research involvement
  16. Mentorship and monthly meetings via the Newly Qualified GP Fellowship Scheme
  17. Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings for frailty, palliative care, and safeguarding
  18. Green Practice and Wellbeing initiatives, including social events
  19. All professional subscriptions, GMC membership, and medical indemnity paid by the practice
