A forward-thinking GP Practice in Coventry is seeking a Salaried GP for a fixed-term role until March 2026. You will work in a supportive environment with minimal visits and an experienced MDT. The position offers a competitive salary, generous leave, and opportunities for professional development.
We are recruiting for a fixed-term Salaried GP under the new ARRS funding, for a forward-thinking Practice in Coventry. The contract will be fixed until 31st March 2026, with the possibility of extension if funding is confirmed beyond this date.
This innovative Practice, with passionate colleagues involved in Federations and the ICB, actively encourages development. You will be supported in pursuing specialist interests and engaging with local services and allied health organisations. The Practices within the PCN are well-organised, ensuring efficient workflow and realistic patient numbers. You will work alongside an experienced MDT, including ANPs, Physios, Pharmacists, and Podiatrists.
Unlike other PCN roles, you will be based in one Practice with minimal visits, no duty doctor, and 15-minute appointments.
