Job summary

Menlo Park Adult Social Care is seeking a Salaried GP in Salisbury with a genuinely manageable workload and excellent GP feedback. The role offers 4–6 sessions, ANP-led triage, and a supportive MDT with strong pharmacy involvement.

The position features a per-session salary of about £12,500–£13,000 after 6 months, with indemnity paid and NHS Pension, plus 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave. No home visits and no Duty Doctor duties.

Qualifications

• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List

Responsibilities

• ANP-led triage model
• No home visits
• Mixture of pre-booked and same-day appointments
• Daily whole-team clinical meeting at 1:30pm
