Salaried GP – 4 to 6 sessions – Nightingale Valley Practice
Job summary

Nightingale Valley Practice (NVP) is recruiting a new salaried GP to join the team based in Brislington, Bristol, supporting the practice's growth and development in 2025.

The position offers between 4 to 6 sessions per week across 3 to 4 days, depending on the candidate's experience. The role includes pro-rata annual leave of up to 6 weeks, one week of study leave, additional training if required, and administrative time. Senior clinical mentoring will also be provided.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will manage a diverse caseload, addressing a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring high standards of patient care. Additionally, they will lead on clinical areas and projects to improve the practice, support team members, and enhance operational and strategic patient care.
