Job summary

Dr Datta & Dr McGill Cardonald Medical Centre in Glasgow is seeking a Salaried GP (4-8 sessions) to join our well-established team. Whether you are an experienced GP or ST3 trainee, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving training practice that values continuity of care and clinician wellbeing.

We use EMIS Web and Docman, with an e-Consult triage system to manage demand. Appointments are 15 minutes, with typically 10–11 patient contacts per session and flexible working (2–4 days

Dr Datta & Dr McGill practice is seeking a Salaried GP (4-8 sessions) to join our well-established and welcoming team. About Us

Located within a modern, purpose-built Medical Centre in the south side of Glasgow, our practice serves approximately 5,150 patients from a diverse and vibrant community. We are conveniently situated just five minutes from the M8, with ample on-site parking and excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible from across Greater Glasgow and beyond.

As an accredited GP Training Practice for over 20 years, we are passionate about education, professional development and creating a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive.

Our Team

You will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team comprising:

• 2 GP Partners

We also benefit from access to an on-site NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Treatment Room and the recently established GP Walk-In Clinic.

How We Work

We use EMIS Web and Docman, supported by an e-Consult triage system that helps us manage demand effectively while prioritising continuity of care.

Regular multidisciplinary meetings with District Nursing and Health Visiting colleagues foster strong communication and ensure our patients receive coordinated, high-quality care.
