Archvale seeks a salaried GP to provide autonomous clinical care at Lamberhurst Surgery, Tunbridge Wells. This role is 1 session weekly (4 hours total) under a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-standard GP services, and support practice governance and improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
• GP Registration and CCT expected
• GP on NHS Performer’s List required or eligible

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to practice population
• Manage referrals, long-term conditions, and clinical governance
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in practice meetings
• Support training of medical students and junior staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service development
