A leading healthcare provider is seeking a committed 6-session salaried GP to join their team in Tonbridge. This role emphasizes optimal patient care while ensuring manageable workloads through structured support systems. The position requires GMC registration alongside substantial clinical experience, especially within primary care settings.
We are currently seeking a committed 6-session salaried GP to join our team at Tonbridge Medical Group (TMG). The role involves working on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. At TMG, we prioritize forward-thinking healthcare delivery and strive to provide the highest level of care to our patient community.
A typical Salaried GP clinic setup includes 10 patients x 10 mins and 4 patients x 15 mins, totaling 14 appointments. Our admin team screens our Docman system, reducing the number of documents the GP needs to review. We have robust systems in place to ensure the workload is well managed for our duty doctor. Our weekly clinical meetings and daily coffee breaks provide opportunities for doctors to discuss cases and share clinical knowledge, supporting professional development.
Additionally, TMG is part of the Tonbridge Primary Care Network (PCN) and is supported by a dedicated PCN team. One of the services provided by our PCN is a visiting team that handles some home visits for our patients.
Our practice has a list size of 17,930 patients. We are a dedicated and passionate team working in a state-of-the-art facility in the center of Tonbridge.
As a training practice, we have 7 partners, 7 salaried GPs, GP registrars, a physician associate, clinical pharmacists, nurses, healthcare assistants, a phlebotomist, and exceptional admin and care navigation teams.
