Main duties of the job

4-6 sessions per week (withsome flexibility of working days) Sessional rate dependent onexperience. Managing a patientlist once induction / familiarisation phase has been completed.

There are opportunities to get involved in teachingand training as well as support for development of special interest areas.

Job responsibilities

  • Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
  • Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary or generically whenever clinically appropriate.
Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Qualified GP
  • Full registration with the GMC. Listed on the UK Medical Performers List. Must meet professional health requirements in line with GMC standards/Good Medical Practice.
  • Applicants must have current UK professional registration
