Diverse Consultation Formats: Face-to-face surgeries, e-consultations, triage, telephone consultations, and home visits.
Autonomous Decision-Making: Lead clinical assessments for undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
Preventive Care Leadership: Conduct disease risk screening and early intervention.
Care Coordination: Develop personalised treatment plans and manage referrals.
Patient Education: Provide counselling and health education that empowers patients.
Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous clinical records and participate in audit processes.
Digital Integration: Utilise Systm1 for enhanced patient care and data management.
Prescribing Excellence: Follow evidence-based formularies while ensuring patient safety.
QoF & LCS Compliance: Contribute to Quality and Outcomes Framework and Locally Commissioned Services achievements.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with PCN, system colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Clinical Supervision: Mentor junior doctors, F1/F2/ST trainees, and student placements.
Practice Development: Contribute to policy development and clinical standard setting.
Knowledge Sharing: Participate in practice meetings and educational initiatives.

Were a large practice (circa 19000 patient population) based in the heart of the B&NES countryside. We have a large multidisciplinary team, supported by a range of clinical modalities including nursing, a pharmacy team, physiotherapy and home visiting practitioner.
