Oxford Natural Healthcare Professionals is seeking an experienced Salaried GP to join a well-established primary care team in Northampton. The role focuses on patient-centred care while supporting clinical governance, audits and service improvement.

The successful candidate will hold GMC registration, MRCGP, and have recent UK primary care experience, with flexibility to cover sessions and participate in duty rotas.

Qualifikationen

• Eligible to practise independently as a GP in the UK.
• Full GMC Registration with GP Registration.
• Entry onto the Medical Performers List.
• MRCGP.
• Experience working within UK Primary Care within the last 3 years.
• Good understanding of the GMS Contract, particularly QOF.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled clinical team.
• Strong clinical judgement, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience contributing to clinical governance, audit and quality improvement.
• Ability to undertake consultations across a range of clinical settings.
• Willingness to participate in duty rotas, patient visits and cover arrangements as required.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues and learners.
• Participate in clinical and staff meetings, CPD, training and research activities.
• Undertake patient visits and participate in the duty rota.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Salaried GP to join an established primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient-centred care while contributing to clinical governance, practice development, audit, education and service improvement.

Key Requirements

• Eligible to practise independently as a GP in the UK
• Full GMC Registration with GP Registration
• Entry onto the Medical Performers List
• MRCGP
• Experience working within UK Primary Care within the last 3 years
• Good understanding of the GMS Contract, particularly QOF
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
