Job summary

Prospect Health is seeking a Salaried GP for a well established training practice in the Northampton area. The incoming GP will join a supported team with Partners and Salaried GPs, enjoying regular meetings, daily huddles and education sessions.

The role offers 6 sessions per week with a workload of about 25 consultations per day, using System One. The practice provides NHS pension enrolment and opportunities for career development and interest areas.

Qualifications

• Registered GP with the GMC; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide salaried GP services across 25 consultations per day.
• Manage a 15 minute appointment slot structure.
• Collaborate with Partners, Salaried GPs and clinical staff.
• Engage in training, meetings, huddles and educational sessions.
• Support for career development and specialist interests.

The role is at a highly regarded and long established practice where GPs have extensive opportunities for growth whether that be into a Partnership role, becoming a trainer or developing interest areas. There is a very well managed workload on offer of 25 consultations per day and they work to 15 minute appointments. There is a comprehensive team in place of clinical and clerical support staff resulting in a well organised and harmonious working environment. The incoming GP will find a very pleasant atmosphere and would be joining a team who get on really well and enjoy regular meetings, daily huddles and educational sessions together.
