County Surgery is a small, community-focused GP practice in Northampton seeking a Salaried GP. You will provide autonomous medical care to the practice population, upholding high standards under the GMS contract and working with a multidisciplinary team.
The post emphasises clinical governance, continuous professional development, and support for students and trainees within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
The post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
