Cross Counties Healthcare LTD PCN formed in 2019.There are two-member practices that formthe PCN, South Leicestershire MedicalGroup and The Billesdon Surgery.

The PCN serves around 32,000 patientscovering a large rural geographic area, which covers Thurnby and Billesdon inthe North to Market Harborough in the south and from Great Glen in the west tothe Leicestershire/Rutland border in the east.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and forward-thinking team. The post holder will provide high-quality primary care services to our diverse patient population, working collaboratively within a well-supported clinical and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general medical services to registered patients in line with current best practice and GMC guidelines

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions through consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

• Support the practice in achieving QOF, Enhanced Services, and other performance targets

• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities

• Engage in CPD and professional development, including appraisals and revalidation

• Contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff, trainees, or medical students if appropriate

• Collaborate with the wider multi-disciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
